Equitify Realty provides licensed real estate brokerage services in Texas. All users must comply with applicable real estate laws and TREC regulations.

2. Eligibility

Services are limited to individuals 18 years or older who are legally authorized to contract.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, secure their credentials, and are responsible for all account activity.

4. Professional Conduct

Users must adhere to TREC and RESPA standards. Activities involving kickbacks, unearned fees, or unlawful practices are prohibited.

5. Content and Submissions

Users are responsible for materials submitted via the Services and grant Equitify Realty a limited license to use such materials for operational purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All website and platform content are the property of Equitify Realty and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Equitify Realty shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed any fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas.
